The Entry-Level HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources department. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to kickstart their career in HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the HR department. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. Employee Relations: Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track employee development plans, and assist in the implementation of training programs. Performance Management: Help in the administration of performance review processes and maintain performance records. HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
