Job Summary:
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing employee engagement activities and handling grievances. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to promote a cohesive and collaborative workplace. culture.
Grievance Handling:
Serve as a point of contact for employees to raise grievances and concerns.
Conduct initial investigations into grievances and complaints, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
Collaborate with senior HR staff to resolve grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of grievances and resolutions.
HR Operations Support:
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster open communication channels between employees and management.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Collaborate with different departments to address HR-related issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles, employee engagement strategies, and grievance handling.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
