Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees entering or leaving the company.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the performance review process, including setting evaluation criteria, scheduling and conducting reviews, and facilitating feedback and development discussions.
Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, productive company culture.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
