Position Overview:

The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organisation. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional with a keen eye for identifying high-quality candidates and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.

2. Candidate Management:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Provide timely and effective communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.

3. Employer Branding:

- Promote Unit-X as an employer of choice through engaging job advertisements and social media presence.

- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- [X] years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.

- Proven experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
