Responsibilities and Duties
• Payroll management
• Checking of daily attendance of all staff members
• Approval of short leaves
• Calculations of salary as per:
• Leaves/ Working Hours
• Loans
• TDS
• ESI
• EPF
• Reimbursements
• Bonus
• Fines
• Maintenance of Leave Record
• Approval of Loans
• Statutory compliances
• Pre - Recruitment
• Getting specific requirements from respective departments.
• Sourcing the resumes by Advertisement, reference, Job Portals
• Campus Recruitments
• Conduction of Prelim interview
• Scheduling of demo/interviews with dept. heads
• Taking care of boarding/lodging of faculty members who stay overnight
• Formulation of JDs
• Negotiation of salary
• Sending of Offer Letter
• Post - Recruitment
• Joining Formalities
• Reference check and verification of documents
• Joining Letter along with salary structure
• Collection of PAN, ID Proof, Degree, Resume
• Peak Productivity Policy, if applicable
• Bank Account
• Contract/Cheque, if applicable
• Email ID
• Attendance enrollment
• Enrolment in Whatsapp Groups
• Issue of PC/Laptop etc
• Creation of individual file
• Introduction with other team members
• Training and explanation of Job Description, Company Policies
• Special monitoring for the first month so that the member is inducted smoothly into the system
• Exit Formalities
• Exit interview
• Resignation/Termination Letter
• Experience Letter
• Full and Final Settlement
• No dues letter
• Recovery of any assets of the organization.
• Disabling of Email ID
• Disabling of Attendance id
• Removal from Whatsapp groups

• Conducting appraisals on annual basis.
• Implementation of revised salaries

• Checking of reports
• Implementation of fines and penalties, if any
• Preparing various MIS
• PPP Implementation for faculty
• Formulation and implementation of Company Policies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the education industry
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Progressive attitude and sensitivity towards human issues and problems
• Desire to learn and experiment with new practices and systems and customize to reflect the IQUEST culture
• Awareness about market trends in the educational field, ability to anticipate and deal with problems related to external as well as internal environment
• Out-of Box thinker, Strong team player
• Motivation and Management skills,
• Ability to cope with a challenging and competitive environment.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to instill enthusiasm and confidence at all levels
