Job Requirements

To join our team, we are looking for a highly driven and skilled HR Generalist. The HR Generalist is in charge of supporting other HR-related tasks as well as employee interactions, performance management, training and development.

Important Responsibilities

Create and implement methods to increase employee engagement and motivation

On matters relating to employee relations, such as but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, offer advice and support.

Identify training needs together with management, and create training courses to fill those needs.

Help with job listings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as part of the recruitment and selection process.

Ensure that all applicable HR laws and regulations are followed

Take part in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Provide orientation to new hires
