Job Description: As an HR Manager at HCL, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, programs, and processes that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HR initiatives, programs, and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, career development, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
