Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 6 – 7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
