We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for human resources, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience. • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2 to 5 Year experience in HR Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
