Job Summary:
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR departments daily operations. This position requires a proactive individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, capable of managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelors degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment and employee relations is preferred.
