• Plan and execute organizational objectives in human resources, such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, diversity, and inclusion
• Create and update job descriptions and design, and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers with candidates
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Conduct performance management and appraisal, provide feedback and coaching, and identify areas for improvement and development
• Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, and suggest improvements as needed
• Maintain HR records and reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
