• Developing Fair HR Policies, and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
• Creating Referral Programs for Sales.
• Driving Performance Improvement Plan for the Organization.
• Core working with the Consultants for recruitment.
• Driving Probation confirmation policy for the Organization.
• Driving Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee hiring policy for the Sales.
• Need to make The Rewards and Recognition Activity for Salespeople.
• Driving the Exit Formalities in Sales.
• Have to make the KRA / KPI for Sales.
• Required to make the Job Description and Job Specification for Sales.
• Need to do Corporate Tie Up to form the Entity.
• Support the HR department in Implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
