Job Description • Streamlining Department Functions • Policy formulation and updation and SOP’s • Payroll Administration, Expense Monitoring, ESI/PF Filing and Statutory Maintenance. • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Preferred Skills for Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline • 7+ years’ experience in HR • Expertise in HR policies and procedures • Strong knowledge of hiring processes • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: • Day shift
