Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement and payroll processing and compliance. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.
• Assist with payroll and manage employee benefits programs.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate training programs and support performance appraisals.
• Help develop and enforce HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in BPO sector.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
