Job Purpose To own and administer the Performance Management System through a data driven approach. Duties And Responsibilities • Understanding the performance parameters and depending factors to track and analyze the performance across various levels. • Find inferences through in-depth data analysis and process understanding. • Identifying decisive factors affecting performance and suggest changes as required. • Own and operate the Performance Management System, implement necessary changes to make PMS employee centric and focus on Enhancing Employee Experience. • Identify employee touchpoints in PMS process and suggest changes to create a positive impression about performance management system among employees. • Revamp the performance enhancement plan for underperformers and focus on performance improvement of the associates in afore mentioned plan. • Work in tandem with business leaders and HRBP to elevate the employee performance and enhance employee experience. Qualifications • Post Graduate Degree (MBA/Equivalent) in Human Resources Management. • 3-6 Years experience in HR Generalist role with exposure to Performance Management. Knowledge • Good understanding of Performance management concepts Skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel • Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint • Intermediate knowledge of overall MS Office Suite Competency Required • Analytical skills • Accountability • Achievement Orientation • Communication • Proactiveness • Resilience Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Accuracy of analysis performed • Timely completion of assigned responsibilities • Performance improvements achieved
