Role Description: We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern to join our team at 33 Holdings Global in Kochi. The HR Intern will support various HR functions including management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Qualifications:
Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
Proficient in Personnel Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
recently graduated with an MBA in Human Resources or a related field
