### *Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with over one year of experience and a strong MBA background to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles, and contribute to various HR functions.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Recruitment & Staffing:*
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- *Employee Relations:*
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- *HR Administration:*
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and performance reviews.
- *Performance Management:*
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Provide support in tracking employee performance and development plans.
- *Compliance:*
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in handling compliance-related tasks, including employee benefits, health and safety regulations, and labor laws.
- *Learning & Development:*
- Support the implementation of training and development programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation and progress.
### *Skills & Qualifications:*
- *Education:* MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum of 1+ years in an HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- *Language:* High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- *Technical Skills:* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- *Interpersonal Skills:* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building.
