1.Employee Engagement : Planning and execution of Employee Engagement activities.

2.Handling employee related activities.

3.Training : Preparing the calendar for a year and executing the plan.

4.Compliance : Maintaining monthly compliance reports and handling external vendors and compliance grievances.

5.Employee Grievance : Handling employee grievances on day today.

6.Operations : Handling day to day attendance for stores and HO.

Creating employee id cards and issuing uniforms.

solve the employees problems.

7. Co-ordinate HR project (Meetings, Training, and Surveys etc.).

8.Supporting the training.
