Your role:
• Create effective sourcing strategies with the Talent Acquisition team
• Recruitment, Offer / Appointment letter issuance
• Conduct new hire induction and coordination of On-Job training

Requirement :
• 2 – 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with major experience in IT and Non IT requirements.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
