Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for plant-specific roles, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Advise and support plant management on HR-related issues including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required by management and statutory bodies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Act as a liaison between the plant and the corporate HR function based in Mumbai.

Key Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in local language (mention specific local language) is essential.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
