• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
• Employee Engagement and Relations
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance. Manage all Employee Communications
• Training and Development
Establish and lead implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Compensation and Benefits
Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee bonuses and raises. Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staff. Manages Employee Database Management . Manage and maintain Employee Leave and Attendance.
• Ensuring HR compliance with ISO and CMMi processes, and Statutory Requirements
Prepare and maintain necessary data for HR compliance with statutory laws, CMMi and ISO. Serve as the primary contact with HR vendors
• HR Policy Formulation and Maintenance
• Formulate and implement all HR policies.
Candidate Profile
Essential Attributes
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience should have handled all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Attendance and Leave, Appraisals, and Exit.
• Capable of handling all aspects of HR without supervision
• Provide advice to senior management on HR related issues
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationship with managers and employees. Foster team spirit between employees
• Ability to work under pressure and strict time limits
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
• Complex problem resolution and general management expertise
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of MSOffice/Open Office suite
Desirable Attributes
• Prior experience of working in an IT company
• Experience of using Social Network media as a Recruitment Tool desirable
• Experience of working in an ISO/CMMi certified company will be an added advantage
