Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Selection:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to fill various positions within the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle leave management.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
• Policy Development:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all company policies are communicated effectively to employees.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
