Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

1. End-to-end HR Operations

2. Building Employee relations

3. Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices

4. Developing HR Agenda

5. Improving Employee Engagement

6. Act as an advisor to the business on all HR related matters

7. Payroll management

8. Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances

9. Should be able to work in stressful situations with strict timelines

10. Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality are a must
