HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to sales managers and employees, addressing and resolving issues. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication Performance Management: Support in Implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development with HRBP Lead Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement. Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes Recruitment and Onboarding: • Support the recruitment process, including, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns and provide basic conflict resolution support. Learning and Development: • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for the sales team. • Assist in identifying training needs and support the implementation of training initiatives. HR Administration: • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. • Assist with HRIS data entry and management. Employee Engagement: Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and events for the sales team. Travel: Regularly travel to various locations where the team is bases to provide on-site HR support and engagement.
