Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in developing job descriptions and job specifications.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and practices.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employee development.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
