Adit is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects.
Contribute to maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities.
Requirements and Skills:
MBA in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, Salary Structure, Compliances, and employment laws.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, and Power-point.
