Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Staffing: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Pay Role • Employee Relations: • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner. • Implement and oversee employee recognition programs. • Performance Management: • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems. • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development. • Identify and address training needs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Policy and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant and efficient. • Training and Development: • Create and manage employee training programs. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various HR topics. • Support career development and succession planning initiatives. • Compensation and Benefits: • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness. • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking. • Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration. • HR Metrics and Reporting: • Track and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and trends to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
