Experience : 06 Months to 2 Year Salary Range : 1.2 LPA to 3 LPA Location : Ahmedabad Roles and Responsibility: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Address basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by promoting a healthy work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide basic information. Coordinate training programs and events for employees. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Skills Required (Primary) : Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint Can work independently and in a team environment Ability to hunt talent pool required by the company both at the junior and senior level Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
