• Recruitment Process and drafting of job advertisements for vacant jobs, screening applications, shortlisting and interviewing and selecting candidates
• Training and Development Planning and Organize.
• Good Communication Skill English and Gujarati.
• Assist in the design, development and delivery of strategic and operation HR services of the organization.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
