Job Description:-
• Should have the knowledge and experience into Statutory compliance - Factory Act, contract labor act, GPCB, Payment of wages act, Bonus Act, EPFO, ESIC compliances)
• ISO (Audit must be faced) + health and Safety (Experience not mandatory but having knowledge)
• Performance Management System (KRA/KPI).
• External Audits
• Management Presentations - MIS Reporting (Well versed with MS Office, Advanced Excel, PPT etc.)
• Contractors Audits
• Team Management
• General Administration
