Designation- HR Executive Learning & Development Location- Ahmedabad Experience -3+ Years Salary- upto 7 LPA Gender - Male [Preferred] Qualification - MBA-HR / MSW / HRM Job Description 1-Training Monitor & Evaluation ( Responsible for whole Induction,Yeraly ,Project Training activity ) • Training outcome & record, Monthly training MIS • L&D procedure / policy / flowchart / format set up • Identify the training needs within an organization through job analysis • Arrange the training committee activity and conference • Prepare the yearly and monthly training calendar (Scheduling the training i.e on-the-job and off-the-job) • Training Course excute • Designing and assessing training programs. • Prepare the plan for training improvements & • Co-ordination with the all participants for the training arrangement (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Training programme as per our Yearly Training plan.) • Trainers identification i.e. Internal & External & Co-ordination with the training institutes for the arrangement • Maintain the training records of every training. (Monthly MIS) • Able to handle Internal and External audit related to L&D Section PMS Activities • Monitor and ensure PMS cycle of all MRI employees. • Monitor and ensure Monthly MIS report. • Monitor Extension (PIP) process. • Preparation of Performance evaluation of Whole organization. • Implementation Whole PMS activity in MRI & Monitor and Ensure all PMS activities. • Do the whole PMS activity and Support to HR dept. activities.
