Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
• Performance Management:
• Support performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Assist with the development and implementation of employee development programs and training.
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal information, and attendance.
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
• HR Policies and Procedures:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Communicate and enforce company policies to ensure consistency and adherence.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on various HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment).
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Employee Engagement:
• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve job satisfaction and retention.
