Roles & Responsibility
• Understanding internal job requirements, source right candidate and closure of positions as per SLA.
• Managing onboarding of new joinees, Induction and managing joining formalities.
• Managing leave, attendance and employee query and grievance.
• Responsible for employee engagement and team productivity.
• Ensuring team discipline and adherence to company policy.
• Separation and exit formalities.
• Responsible for Exit Analysis, Employee engagement score and all weekly and monthly MIS.

Skill Set Required:
• Excellent communication skill
• Should have through knowledge about HR processes and system
• Should have done recruitment for IT companies.
• Exposure and implementation of HRMS software would be an added advantage
