We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills and dismissals.
• Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Employee Engagement programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges
• Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Helping in other HR Operations.
• Ability to manage a payroll and leave management.

Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage various HR tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for streamlined processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations for compliance.
• Empathy and understanding to handle employee issues sensitively.
