Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain HR systems, including HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance and support as needed
