Eligibility Criteria - Male
Experience - 2 years+ in HR
• Should have knowledge in HR, Labour law, Factory HR, ESIC, PF
Job Role :
o Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
o Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
laws and regulations
o Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes,
gratuity, bonus etc.
o Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
o Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance
guidelines
Qualification - Graduate
CTC - upto 20k (Negotiable)
Location- North Guwahati
