Salary : 20k to 28k In-hand Per month.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the MIS system to ensure accurate and timely reporting across all departments.
• Develop and implement data reporting tools and dashboards that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Analyze and interpret data trends to identify opportunities for business improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating the information in the system.
• Assist in training and guiding junior staff on MIS best practices and reporting techniques.
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic initiatives.
