Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
• Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications in line with industry standards and company needs.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Compliance and Record Keeping:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance, benefits, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics as required by management.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
• Health and Safety:
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist in implementing health and safety programs and conducting safety audits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the paint or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
