• We are looking HR Executive only from Food & Beverages industries
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
