Job Summary: The HR Generalist at SRG will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing the unique HR needs within the construction and engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee relations issues promptly.
Performance Management:
Collaborate with supervisors to facilitate performance evaluations and. provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Implement and oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Support employee growth and development through mentorship and career development initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations within the construction and engineering industry.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, updating as necessary.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Work closely with insurance providers to ensure effective benefits delivery.
Safety and Wellness:
Collaborate with safety officers to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Implement wellness programs to enhance employee well-being.
