We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Zee Laboratories Limited in Karnal, Haryana. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
