Company Overview ITVnetwork is a prominent company operating in the None industry We are dedicated to providing highquality services and solutions to our clients offering a range of innovative and technologydriven products Role and Responsibilities Manage the fullcycle recruiting process including sourcing screening interviewing and extending offers to qualified candidates Conduct new hire orientations ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and proper onboarding procedures are followed Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent Maintain accurate employee files and records including attendance performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Assist with the administration of employee benefits ensuring timely enrollment deductions and communication to employees Handle employee relations issues conducting investigations as needed and implementing corrective actions when necessary Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs including performance management and leadership development initiatives Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement Candidate Qualifications We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist who possesses the following qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Required Skills Recruiting Onboarding Employee Relations
