Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre.
• Onboard new employees, ensuring that they are well-integrated into the organization and provided with the necessary training and resources.
• Provide support to the HR team in various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions to remain compliant.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes by assisting in appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institution.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
