General HR Operations and administration Candidate Specifications: - Post-graduate degree in HR - 14-18 years of experience as a HR generalist managing all aspects of HR - At least 5 years in HR leadership role in a start-up or in a SME in a B2B service business - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution - Keen understanding of skill maps and training programmes - Process-driven with good analytical skills
