Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and workforce planning needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of open positions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Provide a smooth and professional interview process, including scheduling, communication, and feedback.
Talent Management:
Develop and manage employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
Lead performance management initiatives, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and other key metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports to management on HR metrics, such as attrition, employee satisfaction, and other relevant data.
Culture and Engagement:
Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.
Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Pharmaceutical industry
