Job Description:
As the Human Resources Executive at Cadence Management, you will spearhead the comprehensive management of Human Resource Function, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a thriving organizational culture. This pivotal role encompasses policy formulation, operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
Experience
· Minimum of 3 to 6 years of total experience with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as Senior HR Executive
Salary
· Salary shall be commensurate with relevant experience, skills and last salary drawn
