- Strong understanding of various functions of Human resource department.

- Understands of business operations & process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector.

- Proven track record of consistent high performance

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Multi-Tasking & flexible working is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Human resource management & Operations Management

- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand business potential

- Will be responsible for managing HR & Operations activities as well

- Demonstrated excellence in giving presentation and arranging demonstration of the services in different government sectors

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
