Position: HR & Admin Executive Location: Leading Multi-Specialty Hospital, Ahmedabad Qualification: MBA / PGDHRM Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in a hospital setting) Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions by posting requirements on employment portals, social media, and working with recruitment consultants. Collect and categorize applications based on qualification, experience, and position. Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with candidates. Conduct tests as required and maintain accurate records of all applications. Employee Onboarding: Verify credentials and mandatory documents, and coordinate with the Personnel Department. Record and assign punching details to new staff and manage account opening formalities. Prepare joining kits and ensure all onboarding processes are completed as per company policy. Organize induction training for new employees. Training and Development: Communicate the monthly training calendar to all staff. Arrange and send reminders for upcoming training sessions. Conduct pre and post-training tests and collect feedback. Maintain comprehensive records of all training activities. Employee Performance Management: Monitor employee behavior and performance as per company policy. Track Performance Review Dialogues (PRD) and coordinate with departments for upcoming reviews. Schedule PRD meetings and inform relevant parties. Additional Duties: Manage filing of documents and maintain both physical and digital records. Draft and circulate company circulars and event information. Assist the Personnel Department as needed. Perform other assigned tasks as required. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
