· Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs

· Responsible for end to end recruitment

· Documentation, joining formalities, on-boarding and induction.

· Attendance verification, Leave management.

· Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks

· Managing compensation and benefits plans.

· Report on employee turnover rates.

· Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities.

· Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses)

· Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary

· Schedule trainings for all hotel employees (for example, customer service skills training)

· Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues

· Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

· Manage trained HR team along with other department.

· Exit formalities.

Requirements and skills

· Must have work experience of 5 to 7 years experience in HR Operations , preferably in the hospitality industry

· Good hands-on MS Office with HRIS.

· Experience in conducting mass interviews

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field

· Additional diploma in Hotel Management shall be weight to profile.
