For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in grievance handling, employee retention, HR operations, and demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a positive work environment, resolving employee issues, and enhancing HR processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively. Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution. Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting. Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management review. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Hands on experience of training and development. Requirements Male Candidate with minimum 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on grievance handling and HR operations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
